The Challenge.

The marketing team at Oxford Summer Courses emphasised the importance of making students feel instantly welcomed and integrated into the community. To achieve this, they needed to provide students with essential learning tools and materials that align with the organisation’s commitment to environmental sustainability.

The Solution.

Initial Incentives collaborated closely with Oxford Summer Courses to develop a customised, eco-friendly welcome package. The solution included:

  • Youth-Friendly Backpacks: Designed to be easily recognisable and suitable for carrying textbooks, notebooks, and laptops, perfect for exploring the city.

  • Branded Water Bottles: Encouraging hydration and reducing single-use plastic.

  • Bamboo Notebook and Pen Set: Sustainable and stylish, perfect for taking notes during classes.

All products were designed to be on-brand and within budget, while also reflecting the high quality and eco-friendly values of Oxford Summer Courses.

The Impact.

The thoughtfully designed packs helped students feel immediately welcomed and supported, enhancing their overall experience and satisfaction with Oxford Summer Courses and gives them something to take away with them, in addition to their learning and experiences.
